Direction: Soak feet in warm water foot bath with 3 tablespoons of our foot soak for 15-20 minutes. Towel pat dry and apply foot scrub. Rinse, towel dry and massage with desired amount of foot oil. For best result apply these steps before bedtime and enjoy the relaxation.

Ingredients Foot Soak: Magnesium, epsom salt, jojoba oil, avocado oil, eucalyptus oil spearmint, peppermint oil, chamomile and lavender.

Foot Scrub: Pink Himalayan sea salt, avocado oil, black castor oil, chamomile and lavender.

Foot Oil: Jojoba oil, grape seed oil, sweet almond oil, tea tree oil, chamomile and lavender.
